Our NordVPN installation guides are here to give you assistance in activating and installing your software. They are not exhaustive and will not cover all installation information for all devices in great detail. NordVPN Standard

Installing NordVPN on Windows 11 and Windows 10

1) Download the NordVPN app from here: https://downloads.nordcdn.com/apps/windows/NordVPN/latest/NordVPNInstall.exe

2) Go to your Downloads folder and double-click the NordVPNInstall file.

3) A pop-up window may ask you if you allow the app to make changes to your device. Click Yes.

4) The installer window will open. Click Next.

5) Tick the boxes if you want shortcuts for the NordVPN app on your Desktop and/or the Start menu, then click Next and Install.

6) The installer will proceed with the installation process. Once it’s complete, you will be asked if you want to launch NordVPN right away. Click Finish to complete the setup.

Setting up and using NordVPN

1) Click on the NordVPN logo on your desktop, and after the app loads up, click Log In to continue.

2) Your browser will open up and load the Nord Account login page. First, enter your username or email address, press Continue, and then enter your password. If you do not have an account and an active subscription then create one.

3) To start using NordVPN straight away, you can press on Quick Connect, wait till you see the status change from Not connected to Connected, and you're good to go for a secure and private session!

Note: To install on iOS and Android mobile devices you download the NordVPN app directly from the Apple Store or Google Play Store directly on to your compatible smart phone or tablet.
