Returns
Due to the nature of the products we sell, there are no return options available. Once a software licence key is received by the customer, it is then considered in the public domain and can't be returned for any reason.

Refunds
There may be unique circumstances where a refund can be offered, but this would be on a case by case basis and at the decision of Extreme Hardware Limited.
